I used to believe that I am sick. I used to believe that my parents were right telling me that I will become sick and that I look sick. I used to believe that I can’t get healthy and that nothing will cure me. I used to believe that I am not worthy enough to get healthy. I used to believe when people were saying to me that I look pale and sick. I also used to believe that if I am sick people will feel sorry for me and will be kind to me. I believed that if I am sick I can take my time off and rest without feeling guilty that I am wasting my time. I used the disease as a benefit to attract people’s love and compassion. I used the disease to take the time off from life’s busy schedule and rest. I knew that nobody will think that I am lazy if I would lie down and rest because I am sick. I used to avoid so many unpleasant situations and events by staying home, because I didn’t feel good that day. I thought that disease serves me well, but in reality it made me stuck on the same spot, because I didn’t need to face the challenges that would help me grow!
I also used to believe that my body doesn’t serve me well and looks ugly. I didn’t feel good about my body at all. I thought everybody thinks that I am fat and ugly. I was punishing myself for thinking that I don’t have a perfect body.
I realize now that all these beliefs are ridiculous! My body is here to carry me through life and supports me to achieve my goals! I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for my beautiful body! I am sorry my body to treat you so poorly and eat unhealthy foods to hurt you. I realize now that I didn’t accept life fully and was trying to avoid it. And I consequently hurt you, because you are carrying me through life. I am sorry body, I love you body.
I forgive my parents and all the people that were telling me that I look sick. I forgive anybody that made me feel like I have to be sick so I can rest. I forgive myself to use the body as an excuse! I know now that I can take a rest when I feel tired or when I want to take the time off from busy day. I know now that I don’t need to use my body as an excuse if I want to leave the party early or I don’t want to attend an event.
I know now that life is here to enjoy it and I deserve to enjoy it fully! I also know that by attending events that I don’t want to go to, gives me the opportunity to grow and understand more things! I know that these are the opportunities and not troubles!
I also know that I will be loved even if I am healthy and I don’t need any special attention. I deserve to be loved just because of who I am! I know now that people, including my family, enjoy my presence and enjoy in my achievements!
Forgive me self for not believing in you. Forgive me self to deny you all these years! I love you self and I love you my body.
I realize now that I have the healing power within myself. If the Universe is created by energy and we all are energy then the power of healing lies in me! God (the Divine) gave that power to me to use it and feel good every day of my life! God (the Divine) loves me and wants me to enjoy this life and serve people well. I can serve people the most when I feel good about myself, when I feel well and I can do whatever I can! I can achieve my goals if I feel well! I can LIVE A PROSPEROUS AND ABUNDANT LIFE! God said “You shall love your neighbor as yourself!” (Matthew 22:39) and knowing that gives me the liberty to LOVE MYSELF in order to be able to LOVE OTHERS!
I know that I can heal myself because my Creator gave me that power! What a joy that is!
Thank you self for forgiving me that I didn’t used to believe in you and your healing powers. Thank you, body, for forgiving me that I used to treat you poorly and deny you all these years. Thank you God (Divine) that you let me understand that my real purpose of life is to be happy and healthy because this is the only way to make other people happy! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I am so happy to have this knowledge and I am so happy to understand now that my body can heal simply because I accept my body and because I believe that healing power is within me! I am looking forward to my new life that I live fully, powerfully and energetically! I have the power and the energy to do whatever I want to and to build a healthy and a strong body.
I love you body; I love every cell of my body! I especially love the body parts that I made sick in past years. I love you all and am making you healthy and strong again! I know now that my blood is carrying life through my veins and I appreciate and adore this life force within me!
I love you self and I love all the power that is within you, that is within me! Finally I understand that I am strong and energetic person. Finally I understand that health is a matter of a decision. And TODAY I decide to be healthy!
