  1. What can I do on a daily basis to manage my thinking throughout the day? Is there a way to train my mind not to go down negative thoughts?
  2. With the holidays coming how can I manage my energy and thoughts around negative family members?
  3. I know surrounding yourself with negative people is a “no-no” but what if you live with them and can’t get away from them? How do I handle the negativity?
  4. Is there any truth to the concept that we become what we think about most of the time, so therefore we need to learn to control or guide our thinking? Is this type of behavior a form of resistance?
  5. How do I change my perspective or belief in my ability to earn more at my job if my earning potential is restricted to receiving a raise or getting a promotion? It seems like there are too many outside factors for me to have any obvious influence over.
  6. With the holidays coming what are some to get my head “straight” so I can deal with the stress of spending too much money and dealing with a crazy holiday schedule: parties, kids activities, etc.
  7. Why do your emails appear in a small column? Is there a hypnotic marketing technique in this or is it just my email?
  8. I know, intellectually, that there is no such thing as “deservingness.” But can you help me get that into my feelings? I still feel that I must earn universal favor. I already do Ho’Oponopono.
