Visualize Your Creativity

To get in touch with what you want in your life, visualize (or imagine) what your perfect life will look like in each of the following facets, and as an assignment, write a few paragraphs, or more, from each facet, describing how it looks and how it feels to have your life that way:
1. Your family, and significant other relationship
2. Your economic and material concerns
3. Your leisure activities and friendships
4. Your spiritual and civic life
5. Your personal life: educational, and health goals.

To become aware of what is blocking you from receiving the fullness of what you want in each facet, it is necessary to MONITOR YOUR CHRONIC NEGATIVE THOUGHTS.

Assignment:
Keep a “Chronic Thought Journal”, but simply write down recurring negative thoughts WITH DETACHMENT. Do not allow yourself to engage the thought with energy….just write it down on the list. These chronic negative thoughts are supported by beliefs you hold. This will help you identify where you need to re frame beliefs that are not serving you.

Assignment:
Then, write “PTA”(Process Terminology Affirmations) or “SPTA” (Stacked Process Terminology Affirmations)to turn that negative thought into a positive one that your unconscious won’t hold onto! The process terminology allows your unconscious to believe what would otherwise not be believable for you. “I am in the process of becoming a multi-millionaire”, for example, rather than “I am a multi-millionaire”!

Here’s to awareness that yields the fruit of a better life!
