Fear can make you sick!

Fear can make you sick! What is going on, physiologically, when you allow yourself to feel fear?
Also, Fact Fear verses False Fear; A new paradigm for fear!

On a cellular level, when you allow yourself to think unbelieving thoughts long enough to feel “fear”, you are literally creating death inside your body, on a cellular level.
In the book by scientist Dr. David R. Hawkins Power Verses Force,
there is a chart showing the calibrations of vibrational frequency of various emotions. He explains how any frequency below 200 leads toward death, and only that which calibrates at 200 and above can create life. “Fear” calibrates at level 100.

Allopathic medicine has really moved forward the study of energy medicine. Because of M.R.I. machines, we can wheel a person in and watch as their thoughts cause the various centers of the brain to be “triggered” to release various chemicals, which subsequently cause the release of hormones, which make us feel a certain way. The emotions that calibrate low on the scale trigger the release of chemicals that cause the release of bad stuff, like cortisol. Cortisol is a swear word! It is the stress hormone.

When you allow yourself to feel feelings like fear, what happens is that the strings of energy inside every cell in your body vibrate to match whatever you are feeling. Then, that triggers the chemicals to be released. What cortisol does, on a cellular level, is squish, deoxygenate, and harden the cell. When the cell is hard, it can’t receive nutrients, hormones, insulin, and other beneficial chemicals that your body needs! When you think thoughts that cause belief, your brain emits “D.H.E.A.”. D.H.E.A. plumps, oxygenates and softens the cell! When the cell is soft, it absorbs what it needs. D.H.E.A. is the antithesis of cortisol! Therefore, when you allow yourself to feel fear, you are literally making yourself sick! Over time, you’ll get symptoms that get called weird names like “cancer”, “diabetes”, “tumors”, ”fibromyalgia”, etc. And it all started by you framing things in such a way as to get yourself all upset!

Now, in order to be freed from the potentially paralyzing effects of fear, I want to teach you a whole new way to think about fear:
Fear is a directional sign, which points you in the direction you should head! Let me explain. There are two different kinds of fear, and they both serve you. There is fact fear, which is based on facts, which do not change based on who is observing them. It’s not perspective. It’s cold, hard facts! When the facts make you afraid, that is showing you what NOT to do. So it’s a directional sign!
Now, the other kind of fear is false fear. This is based solely on your imagination, thinking about what could go wrong. This is all in your head! It’s not based on due diligence; It’s just thoughts!
But even this is a directional sign telling you what to do, because it points you in the direction of your COURAGE ZONE, which gets you out of your comfort zone! This is exactly what you SHOULD DO, in order for you to grow! So, it, too, is a directional sign which serves you. If I were the devil (if there is a devil!), wouldn’t I try to make you afraid of doing what god wants you to do? Therefore, you should do it!
Fear is our friend!
