Daily Energy Routine:

1. Do the Power Pack:
A. Dry Up
B. K-27 rub
C. Thymus thump
D. Sideways figure eights, to infuse joy!

2. Do the White Light Visualization
Take a few minutes to imagine white light pouring in the top of your crown chakra, all the way down, and radiating through, all your chakras!
This white light visualization, while deep breathing, will keep your chakras aligned and balanced!

3. Implement the Energy Management Exercise (Also called the One Minute Routine)
4. Nightly, before bed, do the Pyramid.

Energy Medicine “POWER PACK” to clear your energy field of “kinks” in it’s flow which cause you problems!
The energy field which surrounds your body memorizes it’s flow, and you can actually struggle against yourself to try to change and heal, unless you fix it in your energy field! When you fix it in your energy field, it makes it so much easier to set a new intention, as you won’t, then, be working against your own energy field! All addictions, metabolic set point, muscle memory, etc., are controlled by the energy field. Therefore, fix it in your energy field, and then you’ll see the change transpire in yourself!

1. Do the “Dry Up”, to keep your energies flowing in the correct direction, and free “kinks” in the flow!
Start by grabbing your left foot (at the soft spot in the center of the bottom of your foot) with your right hand, thumb on top of your foot, fingers underneath.
Then, drag that hand up the inside of that leg, all the way up until you go straight up the center of your body. Then, continuing dragging your hand over the left breast/pec, and to the armpit of your left arm. Then, proceed to drag that right hand up the inside of your arm, and off the middle finger.
Take a deep breath, in through the nose, then switch sides of your body: Grab your right foot with your left hand, and proceed up the right leg, and so on. This is called “one set”.
Do three “sets” of this!

2. Rub the K-27’s for 20 seconds. (Where clavicles meet sternum, then drop 1 1/2 inches out and down)
3. Thump the Thymus Point for 20 seconds. (Center of sternum)

4. Do “Sideways Figure Eights” to infuse JOY into your energy field!
PUT BOTH ARMS STRAIGHT OUT IN FRONT OF YOU, CROSS YOUR WRISTS, THEN FACE YOUR PALMS TOGETHER, AND INTERLOCK YOUR FINGERS. THEN, DRAW SIDEWAYS FIGURE EIGHTS IN THE AIR FOR ABOUT 20 SECONDS.

Energy Management Exercise

I have an assignment for you to implement TODAY! This assignment will build your energy, which improves the quality of your life. And it’s EASY!

The assignment is to schedule ONE MINUTE BURSTS of energy expenditure four times per day, follow by COMPLETE RECOVERY.
Now, that plays out this way:
You decide when you’ll schedule them; 10:00, 12:30, 2:45, 4:45….Or something like that.

Then, do jumping jacks, or climb stairs, or something that gets your heart rate up, for a minute.
Then, collapse in your chair, and take deep breaths, while saying, “Thank You. I love You. Thank You. I love You,” in order to fully re-center yourself, and align yourself with your purpose and with yourself!

The point of this exercise is to ultimately SHORTEN the time it takes for you to fully recover!
THIS builds your stamina, and increases your energy!

After all, the secret to enduring success and happiness is NOT time management; It is ENERGY MANAGEMENT!

The Pyramid.

Stand with your feet slightly farther apart than your shoulders. As you begin to bend your knees, allow your hands to slide down your thighs, and rest your hands at your knees. In this semi squatting position, arch your back like a cat would, as high at your shoulders as you can comfortably do. Move your neck side to side a bit,. Just to stretch at your shoulders and shoulder blades.

Then, while still in this semi-squat, imagine red, spinning energy swirling in a clockwise motion, swirling and spinning and booring a hole deep into the earth. While imagining this swirling red energy, chant the sound “LAM”, which has a short “A” sound. Hold the vowel, but do release the “M” sound, with a bit of an “eh” sound after it. Do this for three deep breaths, chanting “LAM” with those breaths.

This anchors you to the earth, and assists in bringing your desires into manifestation!
