  1. You said fake it till you make it. How do I fake it with my food allergy? I am allergic to chicken and egg. How can you tell yourself that you are not allergic while always needing to ask for an example in the restaurant if the food has anything in it? Or checking the package if anything is written on it before buying. And needing to explain when I am invited why I may not eat that. How do you reprogram your mind for this?
  2. People at work are really rude and disrespectful to me. There are people that are controlling and difficult. What is the best way to deal with these types of people?
  3. I struggle with my health and I want to see it improve faster than it does. I have been doing meditations but things just are not happening for me. Do you think that I may just be stuck with this illness?

  5. How exactly does clearing the energy within me clear the energy in others? I have always believed that the divine allows people to make their own decisions. Does clearing people through clearing myself force people to change or does it give them an opportunity to change?

  11. I find myself struggling with staying positive. I am a thinking person and it feels like the older I get the less time I have to think. Without thinking, I have a hard time staying balanced. Any suggestions on how to be positive consistently?
  12. How do I stay in the moment when I have kids and a family that are constantly getting on my nerves? I really want to be in that place of total peace but I can rarely get there when I am with my family. It usually only happens when I am alone. The problem is with all my family and work responsibilities it is extremely difficult to be alone. What should I do?
