The Ultimate You: An Overview to Personal Development and Self Discovery

Steps to Personal Development:

1. Know what you don’t want!

2. Know what you DO want! Define your passion!

3. Write out your Life Mission Statement

4. Assess what limiting beliefs function to hold you back: “I’m too old.” “I am not good at writing.” “I don’t have any money making ideas.” “Rich people are snobs.”

5. Write your new, chosen beliefs, and say them as affirmations!

6. Neutralize any negative energy regarding anything; Politics, religion, fear of bills coming in, etc. Neutralize negative energy, so you can FEEL GOOD NOW!

7. Imagine your success as if it’s already happened!

8. Offer appreciation and gratitude all the time!

9. Write down all business ideas that come to you.

10. Take action on them as they come to you, but only concern yourself with the FIRST step; The next step will be shown to you as you take action on the first step!

11. Become conscious of your self talk. Overcome your weaknesses, and leverage your strengths!

12. Discover your talents and cultivate them!

13. Use the universal laws; Law of attraction; Law of reaping and sowing; Law of Expectation.

14. Manage your time based on your values! Know what your values are, and base all decisions about the use of your time against your value system. Create balance in your life by prioritizing according to you values!

15. Build relationships with people who support your goals and dreams. Recognize the poisonous relationships in your life, and neutralize the influence and control they have over you.

16. Measure your successes incrementally as you accomplish the short term goals along the way.
