Today we covered steps 1, 2 and 3 of the law of attraction.

  1.  Be clear about what you do not want
    1. Helps use let down resistance to things that we might see as weakness or flaws
    2. Helps us establish or reinforce our power of choice
  2. Be clear about what you do want
    1. Helps us to take meaningful action to change
    2. Sets us up for positive action toward our goals
    3. Reinforces power of choice
    4. Sensory acuity: Using what we don’t want and what we do want to measure our performance
  3. Uncover and clear limiting beliefs
    1. Listing Don’t want and do want reveals limiting beliefs
    2. Students shared feedback on strategies and techniques they have used to uncover beliefs
    3. The importance of clearing to prevent counter intention
