What You Need to Know About Business Technology

Computers seem to give small business owners the most trouble of all the technology he or she has. Most of us learn to sue the computer by trial and error therefore we have gaps in our knowledge about computer technology. The items I talk about tonight will show you different ways to maintain your computer so you will get the maximum performance from it.

Operations that will help your computer run faster:

1.  Run a program called “disk clean up.” To find it go to your program button at the bottom left corner and click it. There will be a menu of the different program on the computer. Look for one called “accessories.” Click on that and another menu will open. Find the program called “disk clean up” and click on it. The program window will open up and you can click the start button to start running the “disk clean up” program. Run this every two weeks.

2.  Another program that is important to run every two weeks is called “disk defrag.” You find it at the same menu you find “disk clean up.” This helps your computer run faster.
