The last few weeks we have been focusing on mindset. Mindset is so crucial to becoming successful. If you ever find yourself with a lack of motivation when it comes to your goals, it’s because you have some limiting beliefs. There are many ways that you can overcome a limiting belief. You can simply analyze the limiting belief and ask yourself, what is the benefit of you believing this? Sometimes simply doing that your limiting belief will go away. You can also use a technique that I recently discovered called EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). When we are releasing a limiting belief what we are really talking about is letting the negative feelings or energy go on that topic! Remember, when emotion and logic have conflicting ideas emotion wins 100 percent of the time. Logic can usually hold out for a few weeks but it will surely give way to the emotions that you are holding onto. Therefore it is critically important that we neutralize the negative energy that you may be holding on a topic. You can tap different areas of the body to release a limiting belief. It is vital that you become clear and you know what it is that you want if you are going to gravitate with ease towards your goals.
