Graduate Call Notes 2-6-14

Today we had a great discussion on many areas that relate to Real Estate. David from Virginia had gone down to his county office to find out the details of if there are issues with picking up properties that others haven’t lived in for awhile. He did this after our discussion last week when Dave from NY had explained the rules in his area.
It was great to see David take action in his area about something that can effect his investing. We also discussed about our marketing to have sellers of properties contacting us. We talked about creating bird dog individuals that can bring us leads on potential properties. We discussed giving them a kick back when there lead turns into a property that financially benefits us. Dave from NY mentioned that he has given a potential bird dog person $10 just to introduce himself to them & to let them know he is serious about giving them more if they bring him profit producing leads.
We also discussed getting cards and/or fliers in the view of potential sellers by putting them up at laundry mats, clubhouses, grocery stores, etc.
