This article discusses the need for sufficient multifamily property financing to allow the multi-family sector to continue to meet the needs of tenants in the future. AGENTS OF CHANGE

The article below discusses the anticipated activities of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac during 2009. Despite their takeover in 2008 by the Federal Government they both have continued to operate without many changes since the takeover.
